Interim Director, Facilities & Plant Operations

Located outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee

  • Early November start
  • 135-bed hospital with aging infrastructure and current renovation projects
  • Leads Facilities and Plant Operations with 7 FTEs including office administrator and maintenance staff
  • Key focus on TJC Environment of Care readiness; assess gaps and drive corrective action plans
  • Hands-on leader preferred; experience with work order systems required; vendor and contract management essential
  • Full-time on-site role, approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with daily safety huddles and routine leadership meetings
