The Marketing Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned digital and print assets that support marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, advertising, and internal communications. This role combines creativity with strategic thinking to ensure designs engage target audiences and support business goals.

This role combines creativity with strategic thinking to ensure designs engage target audiences and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce a wide range of visual content, including:
- Social media graphics
- Email marketing templates
- Digital ads (static and animated)
- Brochures, flyers, and event materials
- Website and landing page visuals
- Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.
- Contribute to brainstorming and creative planning sessions for marketing campaigns and product promotions.
- Support the development and evolution of brand identity assets (logos, iconography, typography, etc.).
- Optimize graphics and layouts for web and mobile performance.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, CMS, social media platforms).
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles.
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital and print mediums.
- Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or HTML/CSS is a plus.
