Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Underwriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of underwriting experience, a bachelor's degree, and solid communication and time management skills. This role involves evaluating risk, analyzing data, and making informed decisions to support our underwriting operations.

- Review and analyze data to provide accurate modeling for our clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of underwriting decisions
- Communicate decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and service standards
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in underwriting or financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and underwriting software/tools
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven effective time management and organizational skills
- Experience in healthcare underwriting
