Key Responsibilities
- Support senior engineers throughout design and construction.
- Identify and solve problems with a goal to provide relevant and constructable solutions.
- Work in a multidiscipline team environment to develop and design HVAC and plumbing concepts, systems, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, internal design teams, and manufacturers.
- Major equipment selection and scheduling.
- Use various software packages to calculate building loads including heating, cooling, ventilation, and plumbing systems.
- Respond to contractors during the construction.
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited University.
- Successfully passed the FE exam and possess EIT Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant design experience with building mechanical systems.
- Autodesk Revit Mechanical drafting experience.
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at a time.
- Self-starter who can work independently and be part of a team.
