LoveSetMatch is a nonprofit organization rooted in the belief that tennis is more than a sport — it’s a pathway to opportunity, confidence, and community. Based in East Los Angeles and serving youth across L.A. County, we provide free and low-cost tennis programs to children and families in underserved neighborhoods where access to quality sports programming is limited.

We serve kids as young as 6 years old through teens and even multi-generational families, offering not just STEM based tennis instruction but also mentorship, life skills, and wellness education. Our programs emphasize inclusion, joy, and equity — ensuring that every child, regardless of background or income, has a safe place to play, grow, and belong.

At our core, we value community, creativity, and consistency. Whether we’re setting up short courts at a park with no tennis facilities or hosting STEM-based tennis workshops, everything we do is about youth development using tennis and fitness as a tool to inspire dreams and build futures — one serve at a time.

Here's What You'll Be Doing

• Be the mastermind behind our YouTube channel's strategy You'll analyze data, identify audience trends, and develop killer content plans that keep our viewers glued to their screens. Think video themes, formats, release schedules, and collaborations - the sky's the limit!
• Channel the magic of content creation From brainstorming video ideas to optimizing titles and descriptions, you'll be the wordsmith behind our captivating content. You'll also manage the production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from pre-recording to post-production.
• Become a community whisperer Building a thriving YouTube community is all about engagement. You'll respond to comments, host live streams, and foster a positive space where our viewers feel like they belong.
• Stay ahead of the curve The YouTube landscape is ever-changing, and you'll be at the forefront of it all. You'll experiment with new formats, track the latest trends, and keep our channel at the top of its game.
• Be a data ninja Numbers are your friends! You'll analyze channel performance, identify areas for improvement, and use data insights to shape our content strategy.
