Social Media Manager for Beauty brand!

Our beauty client is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team and make the brand stand out in a crowded feed.

This is a full-time, fully remote role but will require someone to be local to Los Angeles, CA to be involved in promotional events and brand photoshoots.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the brand’s social media strategy across all platforms
• Lead, mentor, and delegate tasks to the social team, ensuring consistent execution of content calendars and campaigns.
• Monitor and identify emerging social trends, formats, and cultural moments- lead and advise the brand on opportunities to engage authentically.
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to align social media content with larger marketing goals.
• Attend shoots and brand activations, ensuring the capture of high-quality, on-brand social content.
• Make key decisions on what content to share across different channels, balancing brand voice, audience expectations, and platform best practices.
• Analyze performance data to optimize content strategy and drive engagement, growth, and community building.
• Serve as a brand voice and advocate across social platforms, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and audience connection.
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years managing social media for a beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
• Proven success with brand growth and engagement across social platforms
• Experience with content capture, photoshoots, and creative production.
• Passion for beauty, a great eye for design, and the ability to translate brand storytelling into scroll-stopping content.
  
  

The pay for this role ranges from $110,000-$120,000 per year.
