Summary
IRONMAN Global Merchandising is seeking an eCommerce intern. This internship is designed to give students real world work experience and exposure to different facets of the IRONMAN Merchandise business, with a strong focus on eCommerce. The eCommerce Intern will be responsible for assisting the Global Merchandising team in the execution and setting up of new products for IRONMANstore.com - including editing photos, creating products on our digital platforms, and addressing customer service questions. You may also work cross-functionally with Product Development, Event, and Planning teams as needed. This position reports to the Director of Omnichannel Merchandising.

Summary

Principal Duties And Responsibilities Essential Functions
- Supports global merchandising team with daily duties, including product set up and launch
- Responsible for addressing the customer service inbox and highlighting any patterns/concerns with product or order fulfillment
- Editing product imagery for new SKUs and creating those products on our various digital platforms
- Ensure all information provided is accurate and complete
- Supports other IRONMAN omnichannel team members
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of service, support and follow through to the global team that supports eCommerce.
Job Requirements Skills and knowledge:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and PhotoShop are preferred
- Have a passion for business & self-motivated
