About the Job

Your Miami HEAT is hiring a Ticket Operations Specialist! Play a key role in delivering an exceptional ticketing experience for all guests at the Kaseya Center. This position oversees the ticket operations for all events, ensuring accuracy, efficiency & superior customer service. Primary responsibilities include processing ticket requests for group & season ticket packages, working closely with internal teams, developing innovative ticket solutions, assisting game day staff during events & providing great customer service. Archtics or similar ticketing platform experience required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.

  • Assist in managing event manifests and event creation for all Miami HEAT events
  • Assist in managing inventory for all Miami HEAT events
  • Liaison with Ticketmaster and sales staff as it relates to all Miami HEAT events
  • Build partial plans and single-game offers in Archtics ticketing system
  • Work with channel partners (such as Experience and Fevo) to build offers, manage inventory, and reconcile fulfillment for offers
  • Assist in the recruiting & hiring of part-time ticket operations staff
  • Supervise, train, and support part-time ticket operations representatives who assist in order fulfillment
  • Provide accurate reports to the sales leadership and the finance department
  • Work with Business Intelligence and Analytics departments to ensure accurate reporting
  • Fulfill other duties assignments by the Director of Ticket Operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to work HEAT games and Arena events.

Education And/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a 4-year college or technical school; Minimum 4 years working in ticketing with a strong understanding of Ticketmaster Host and Archtics system required. Knowledge of TM Access Manager and Presence, TMOne, EMT, Account Manager Tools, and Online Account Manager required. Knowledge of TM Partner services and Fevo Experience. Knowledge of all Microsoft programs required. Very organized and detail-oriented. Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment while balancing multiple tasks at once. Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
