The Vice President, BOOST is responsible for driving strategic execution at an enterprise level. They are instrumental in aligning cross-functional teams, scaling operational systems, and ensuring measurable progress on strategic priorities. The Vice President, Boost combines deep technical expertise with exceptional people leadership skills to create demand for the team’s services across the organization and driving alignment on enterprise-wide initiatives.

About The Role

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership to leaders and team members, fostering collaboration and alignment across enterprise functions and strategic initiatives
• Drive enterprise-wide execution through scalable program and portfolio management tools
• Build and refine frameworks for program, portfolio and process management
• Manage IT vendor and supplier selection and maintenance to ensure successful solutions
• Cultivate cross-functional relationships to identify collaboration opportunities and manage demand for team services
• Ensure the delivery of clear, consumable outputs showcasing progress on strategic priorities, with accountability for consistent and timely reporting
• Research and implement new systems and features to meet the business needs
• Coach and mentor leaders within their team to enhance performance and ensure career growth
• Serve as a key contributor in enterprise-level decision-making, collaborating closely with other senior leaders to influence strategy and execution
  
  

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in leadership and administration
• 9 years of experience in strategy execution, timeline management, risk and dependency assessment and driving continuous process improvement or similar experience
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders
• Demonstrated success in creating scalable systems and fostering organizational growth
• Extensive understanding of enterprise workflow and operating rhythm
• Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking and goal prioritization
• Demonstrated proficiency in connecting tasks to strategic opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to set and meet goals with shifting timelines, staffing and dependencies
• Demonstrated ability to mentor leaders and team members through complex problems
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, reporting and forecasting
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
• Experience in fintech or comparable industries
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications
• Track record of driving collaboration across diverse teams and building enterprise-wide influence
• Knowledge of systems administration, including communication and CRM systems
• Expert in basic project/portfolio management principles
