About The Role
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership to leaders and team members, fostering collaboration and alignment across enterprise functions and strategic initiatives
- Drive enterprise-wide execution through scalable program and portfolio management tools
- Build and refine frameworks for program, portfolio and process management
- Manage IT vendor and supplier selection and maintenance to ensure successful solutions
- Cultivate cross-functional relationships to identify collaboration opportunities and manage demand for team services
- Ensure the delivery of clear, consumable outputs showcasing progress on strategic priorities, with accountability for consistent and timely reporting
- Research and implement new systems and features to meet the business needs
- Coach and mentor leaders within their team to enhance performance and ensure career growth
- Serve as a key contributor in enterprise-level decision-making, collaborating closely with other senior leaders to influence strategy and execution
Minimum Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in leadership and administration
- 9 years of experience in strategy execution, timeline management, risk and dependency assessment and driving continuous process improvement or similar experience
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders
- Demonstrated success in creating scalable systems and fostering organizational growth
- Extensive understanding of enterprise workflow and operating rhythm
- Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking and goal prioritization
- Demonstrated proficiency in connecting tasks to strategic opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to set and meet goals with shifting timelines, staffing and dependencies
- Demonstrated ability to mentor leaders and team members through complex problems
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, reporting and forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
- Experience in fintech or comparable industries
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications
- Track record of driving collaboration across diverse teams and building enterprise-wide influence
- Knowledge of systems administration, including communication and CRM systems
- Expert in basic project/portfolio management principles
