About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will call on K-12 schools, hospitals, and other institutions to present and sell a wide range of technology and infrastructure solutions, including:

  • Interactive classroom panels and collaboration tools
  • Bells and paging systems
  • Security cameras and access control
  • STEM/STEAM learning products

You will be the face of our company in your territory—developing strong relationships with district leaders, principals, technology directors, and administrators to understand their needs and deliver solutions that improve teaching, learning, and safety.

This position involves visiting school customers in person in the state to help assess their needs. The job requires that you live within the territory.

While the job is home-based, you cannot accomplish your tasks without traveling to see customers in person within the St Louis area and northern Missouri.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, schedule, and conduct meetings with decision-makers in your territory.
  • Present solutions through demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Travel within your assigned territory to schools, hospitals, and other facilities.
  • Partner with our technical and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, preferably in K-12, healthcare, or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must reside within the sales territory and be able to travel regionally.
  • Familiarity with educational technology or low-voltage systems is a plus.
