Are you passionate about developing and implementing effective treatment programs? Join our team as a Program Manager! In this role, you’ll work closely under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs. You’ll develop skill-based programs, behavior intervention plans, and provide training and feedback for interventionists and parents. Responsibilities:
- Develop, evaluate, and modify skill-building programs and behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct functional assessments and analyze data.
- Train and supervise clinical staff in ABA interventions.
- Provide consultation and training for interventionists, paraprofessionals, and parents.
- Manage caseloads and ensure timely documentation and report submission.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop behavior support strategies.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions.
- Support the Clinical Director in expansion efforts.
- Network and attend community events.

- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- 2+ years of experience providing direct services to clients with developmental disabilities or behavioral health diagnoses.
- Experience in developing program plans for children with autism and related disorders.
- Training in various intervention techniques (e.g., communication training, parent training, social skills training).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with DV Therapy services and operational workflows.
- Analytical mindset to assess client needs and optimize service delivery.

- 5 accrued sick days. Sick time begins accruing on the first day of employment; however, employees may not use their accrued sick leave until they have reached 90 days of employment.
- 6 holiday pay days * must meet requirements
