Overview

The Organizational Change and Training Program Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful transformation of systems, vendors, and workflows across large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders. This individual serves as a strategic partner to the Project Management Office (PMO), providing expert guidance and hands-on support to ensure new processes are seamlessly implemented, widely adopted, and result in measurable improvements to outcomes. This role will serve as a change champion and primary point of contact for project stakeholders, building trust and fostering open communication throughout the project lifecycle. By facilitating organizational change and designing robust training and communication strategies, the Manager helps teams navigate the practical and emotional aspects of transition. This role involves a blend of analytical assessment, relationship building, training development, and direct observation of practice to guarantee that all stakeholder interests are considered and addressed. This role will assist in creating an environment where change is not only accepted but enthusiastically embraced.

Responsibilities

Informs and analyzes the comprehensive assessments of current practices, mapping workflows and documentation of current processes (" as is" state). Utilize journey mapping or other experience end-user context to visualize stakeholder touchpoints and identify transition points of abrasion. Work with the PMO and subject matter experts to define the desired "future state" and chart the pathway to bridge the gap from current to future processes. Develop detailed change management plans that include timeline, milestones, communication strategies, training activities and post-implementation support. Partner with key training and development teams to design, build and deploy training programs tailored to the needs of diverse audiences, including in-person workshops, online modules and quick reference guides. Partner with Internal Communications and operational leaders to develop comprehensive communication plans to ensure clarity of objectives, expectations, timeline and progress for all impacted groups. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and deliver content that is accurate, engaging, and actionable. Actively shadow current practices and monitor end-state adoption to ensure the implemented change is functioning as intended. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure adoption rates, identify obstacles, and highlight areas for further support. Gather and synthesize post-implementation feedback, facilitating lessons learned sessions and iterative improvements. Report findings and recommendations to the PMO and project sponsors, highlighting the success and opportunities for future change initiatives. Identify and address sources of conflict, whether interpersonal, operational or strategic, with diplomacy and sensitivity. Develop escalation protocols and ensure timely resolution of issues that could impede project success. Demonstrate flexibility and availability for onsite work at customer or project locations, with regional travel as warranted by project scope and needs.

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $34.19per hour - $58.81per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
