As the Stroke Community Outreach Program Manager in the Cerebrovascular Center, you will plan and implement community educational events and support patients and their families post stroke, as well as work with the leadership of the EMS community. In this role, you will also have numerous opportunities to advance your skills through extensive hands-on experience, all while advancing the future of healthcare.
A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
This position will transition to a hybrid role, requiring three days onsite and two days remote (either at home or in the field.)

Physical Requirements:
Minimum hourly: $25.13
Maximum hourly: $38.33
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. - Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
- Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
- Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
- Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
- Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR High School Diploma/GED and six years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and four years of experience OR Master’s Degree and one year of experience
- Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience with Word, Power Point and the internet

- Personal Protective Equipment: Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
