We are hiring multiple Project Engineers at various experience levels to support field operations across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, plumbing, and fire protection scopes. Project Engineers will play a key role in technical coordination, field execution, and documentation throughout the construction lifecycle.

About The Role
We are hiring multiple Project Engineers at various experience levels to support field operations across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, plumbing, and fire protection scopes. Project Engineers will play a key role in technical coordination, field execution, and documentation throughout the construction lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support field coordination and execution efforts across assigned project disciplines
- Lead or participate in meetings with design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical manuals
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change documents, and project documentation
- Coordinate with design, scheduling, and field teams to ensure successful delivery
- Assist with layout, survey coordination, and quality inspections
- Support training and turnover documentation for client O&M teams
- Maintain detailed records and ensure alignment with project requirements and safety protocols
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; equivalent field experience will be considered
- Prior experience supporting commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects
- Familiarity with project management and construction tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, P6, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines in a field environment
- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and support after-hours or weekend work as needed
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening (includes alcohol)
- Must be able to work on-site daily and navigate active construction environments (including ladders, stairs, and confined spaces)
