Overview
As the Vice President of Sales, you'll play a critical role in accelerating top-line growth, building scalable sales systems, and unlocking new market opportunities. This executive role blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. You'll be responsible not only for growing your own book of business (expected to exceed $1MM ++ annually), but also for leading and expanding a sales organization built for the future.
We're looking for someone who's equally comfortable driving high-level sales strategy and recruiting the next generation of sales talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of experienced sales professionals
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales talent to strengthen bench depth and expand coverage
- Drive pipeline development, territory expansion, and customer diversification
- Grow your own client portfolio while setting a strong example for the team
- Collaborate with executive peers across Operations, Marketing, and Finance
- Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and sales incentive plans
- Monitor market trends and client needs to inform ongoing evolution of offerings
- 10+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership, preferably in print, marketing services, or direct mail
- Active book of business generating $1MM++ in annual revenue
- Proven experience hiring and developing successful sales professionals
- Demonstrated success growing revenue and outperforming sales targets
- Strategic mindset paired with strong execution and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Willingness to travel as needed
