We’re seeking a Sr. Director of Operations to serve as the CEO’s right hand and help build the operational infrastructure required to scale.
The Opportunity
This isn’t just an operations role — it’s a strategic leadership position for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, culture, and execution.
You will own day-to-day operational performance across multiple locations while also helping shape AlluraMD’s growth roadmap. You’ll partner directly with the CEO to set priorities, drive accountability, and ensure every initiative — from financial results to patient experience — is tracked, measured, and improved.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Site Operational Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop location managers to hit revenue, margin, and performance goals
- Monitor clinic KPIs: patient volume, provider utilization, staffing, and profitability
- Establish and enforce SOPs to deliver a consistent, premium patient experience
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure clinical and operational compliance
Systems + Process Optimization
- Implement workflows leveraging Zenoti, ClickUp, QBO, and BambooHR
- Streamline scheduling, inventory, vendor management, and capacity utilization
- Identify bottlenecks and drive automation and process improvements
Strategic Growth Enablement
- Partner with the CEO on de novo launches, market expansion, and acquisitions
- Lead operational integration for newly acquired clinics and teams
- Support the design and rollout of new service lines, programs, and membership models
Culture + Performance Leadership
- Align teams around KPIs, accountability, and high standards
- Build a culture of ownership, recognition, and continuous improvement
- Act as a visible culture carrier, modeling urgency, excellence, and execution
Ideal Candidate Profile
You’re a hands-on operator with the instincts of a future VP. You excel in multi-site environments, love building systems, and know how to create clarity, alignment, and accountability across fast-moving teams.
Qualifications:
- 7–12 years of operations or general management experience (healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness strongly preferred)
- Proven track record leading multi-site teams to operational and financial success
- Fluent with operational platforms (Zenoti, ClickUp, QBO, BambooHR preferred)
- Strong financial and business acumen: P&L ownership, KPIs, and margin management
- Excellent communicator and team builder
- Thrives in entrepreneurial, high-growth settings
