Key Responsibilities

Market Insight & Strategy

  • Conduct in-depth research into the broadcast and live production markets to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Define a clear product vision and develop strategic roadmaps for Teradek’s IP video and wireless solutions.

Customer Driven Product Development

  • Translate customer needs into well-prioritized product requirements and backlogs.
  • Build strong relationships with broadcast customers to gather insights, validate concepts, and refine product direction.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and other product teams to ensure cohesive, integrated product delivery.
  • Act as the key bridge between technical development and business strategy.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee successful product launches and lifecycle management, ensuring high quality and performance standards.
  • Continuously improve customer workflows to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Work closely with marketing and sales to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with complex B2B solutions.
  • Proven ability to define, prioritize, and manage technical product requirements.
  • Solid understanding of video streaming technologies and/or experience in live production or broadcast markets.
  • Experience working across both hardware and software product lifecycles.
  • Passion for solving customer problems with innovative, user-focused solutions.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful with a hands-on, “can-do” mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to clearly convey technical and business concepts.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); strong presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
