Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Generalist located in Portland, ME. The HR Generalist will handle day-to-day HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This role involves assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs, maintaining employee records, and providing support to employees regarding HR policies and practices. The HR Generalist will also play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and maintaining our company culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring, onboarding, benefits, performance, termination and leaves
• Knowledge of benefits administration and employment law compliance
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in or ability to quickly adapt to HR software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the technology sector
