The Role

Operations Analyst, Strategic Programs

Position Overview

We are seeking a tactical, detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support the CEO and leadership team in managing the business through data, KPIs, and execution of strategic initiatives. This role will focus on building visibility into performance, helping drive accountability, and ensuring the company’s strategic and operational priorities move forward. The Analyst will play a key role in supporting integrations, coordinating initiatives across functions, and ensuring the CEO and leadership team have the right insights to manage the business effectively.

What You'll Do

Business Management Support

  • Work with the CEO and leadership team to define and track KPIs that measure company health (sales, customer success, product, finance).
  • Use metrics to surface risks, spot trends, and recommend actions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Help ensure the company is run to its operating rhythm: weekly leadership reviews, quarterly goals, and progress on the value creation plan.

Strategic Program Execution

  • Support integration projects across people, processes, and systems.
  • Track progress on major initiatives from the strategic plan (e.g., GTM rollout, product launches, customer initiatives).
  • Serve as a project coordinator to keep tasks moving, escalate blockers, and ensure accountability.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards that translate data into business insights for leadership.
  • Support creation of board and investor materials — not just as reports, but as tools to understand performance and make better decisions.
  • Consolidate inputs from sales, product, and finance teams into simple, actionable views.

Operations Support

  • Prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up on deliverables from leadership meetings.
  • Support CEO with research, analysis, and preparation for key decisions.
  • Coordinate special projects (e.g., pricing analysis, process reviews, system clean-up).

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in operations, business analysis, consulting, finance, or program management.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to connect KPIs to business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) a plus.
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing materials for leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Leadership has clear visibility into business performance through KPIs and dashboards.
  • The CEO and team use metrics to make faster, better-informed decisions.
  • Integration and strategic initiatives are tracked and completed on time.
  • The board receives concise, actionable updates with a clear view of progress.

  • The salary for this role is $70,000
