Description

Amazon is seeking a bright, self-motivated, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support three Directors in the Communications & Corporate Responsibility (CCR) organization.

You will have a proven track record of handling confidential information, managing multiple priorities with precision, and building trust across teams. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong organizational skills. The Executive Assistant will be a key partner in driving efficiency, anticipating needs, and creating clarity in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office.

Key job responsibilities

  • Proactively manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring executives are well-prepared for meetings and deadlines.
  • Coordinate and execute domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, visas, and last-minute adjustments.
  • Plan and manage team meetings, events, and offsites, including agenda design, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Draft, review, and manage confidential correspondence and briefing materials.
  • Serve as a liaison and trusted partner between executives, their teams, and key business partners.
  • Build strong relationships with the EA community, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables, following up on items as needed.
  • Anticipate and remove barriers, helping executives prioritize their time effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Manage ad hoc projects and process improvements to increase team efficiency.

About The Team

The Communications & Corporate Responsibility (CCR) organization is responsible for telling Amazon’s story to the world, building trust with customers and stakeholders, and advancing important initiatives across the company. This EA role supports three leaders in communications who drive strategies in areas that are critical to Amazon’s innovation and reputation. Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience
  • Experience with executive level calendar management
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
