Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and responsible Soccer Coaches and Clinics Instructors to lead youth players in a fun, positive, and development-focused environment. Coaches will run age-appropriate soccer drills, small-sided games, and skill-building exercises for players ranging from beginner to advanced levels, typically aged 7-17.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging soccer drills, training sessions, and games tailored to players' age and skill levels.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants.
- Teach fundamental and advanced soccer techniques, tactics, and sportsmanship.
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback and encouragement.
- Supervise players during training sessions and breaks to ensure safety and discipline.
- Communicate effectively with parents, camp staff, and other coaches.
- Set up and take down equipment before and after sessions.
- Serve as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times.
