Deposit Operations Manager

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Deposit Operations Manager who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will be responsible for supporting the electronic and deposit operations of the credit union. This position will report directly to the Director of Deposit Operations at our Farmington Hills location.

The Ideal Candidate

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the Deposit Operations team.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance; ensure appropriate staffing, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet service demands.
• Assist in the development and implementation of departmental plans, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and recommend technology and process improvements to enhance member experience.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of member inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
• Provide coaching, support, and ongoing training to staff to foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and all applicable regulations affecting operations.
  
  

A successful candidate will be an approachable team player with a personable and professional demeanor, a desire to learn and driven to achieve outstanding results---accurately and efficiently. We seek candidates with a college degree in business administration or equivalent work experience, along with 2+ years of experience in the payment industry within financial institutions. Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or National Check Professional (NCP) certifications preferred.
