Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) Inpatient Women's Services / Full-time

The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in Women’s Services, collaborating with leadership to develop and maintain programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.

• Requires RN licensure with a BSN preferred, BLS certification, and possibly other area-specific certifications.
• Must demonstrate strong clinical, leadership, and interdisciplinary team collaboration skills, with effective communication, analytical, problem-solving, and motivational abilities.
• Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and managing team activities, conducting meetings, and negotiating deadlines.
• Experience includes at least 5 years in women’s services or Pediatrics and 2 years in management.
• Reports to the Chief Nurse Executive and works in a clean, well-lighted environment, with flexibility for schedule changes and emergencies.
• Physical requirements include communication skills, stress management, and adaptability to varying work conditions.
