Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
What We're Looking For
Manage compensation, benefits, and HR budget planning
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
PHR/SHRM certification preferred
