The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms and driving employee advocacy.
You will be a key member of our collaborative, high-performing Digital Marketing team, with opportunities to support Growth Marketing initiatives across additional channels like webinars, events, and employment branding. You will be a part of a global team and will collaborate with colleagues from across Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America to support regional goals. What We Want You To Do
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Bluesky, Instagram/Reels, and YouTube
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Copy edit and proofread social media copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Drive employee advocacy through strategic initiatives such as a weekly newsletter, expanding platform reach, ensuring seamless site maintenance, curating compelling content, and orchestrating engaging contests
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on our social media channels promptly and professionally
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team, making recommendations for improvements
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms
- Assist in the creation of visual content, such as graphics, images, and videos, to complement social media posts
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in managing social media platforms
- Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret the results to improve strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of social media and employee advocacy management tools (e.g., Marketo, Sprinklr, EveryoneSocial)
- Understanding of reporting best practices and ability to present data in a digestible format
- Effective communicator with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally
- Comfortable with change and growth — open to evolving ideas, shifting priorities, and adapting to different communication styles or creative directions as the brand and team grow
