Join Our Revenue Operations Team As a Pricing Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Associate to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will work closely with the Technical Project Manager to support critical revenue operations functions through system configuration, troubleshooting, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Configuration & Management

  • End to end responsibility over the Price Change approval process and controls including ownership and maintenance of the Price Change Request Forms.
  • Build and maintain pricing configurations using Workflow tools to support revenue operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand pricing requirements and translate them into system configurations
  • Test and validate pricing configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Document pricing processes and configuration changes for team reference

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Investigate and resolve pricing errors in a timely manner
  • Perform root cause analysis on system issues and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of troubleshooting activities and resolutions

Help Desk & Ticket Management

  • Manage and respond to Hubspot help desk tickets from internal stakeholders
  • Prioritize and track ClickUp tickets through completion
  • Ensure timely resolution of support requests while maintaining high customer service standards
  • Communicate status updates to stakeholders and management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, technical support, or operations
  • Experience with workflow management tools and ticketing systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
