Position Summary
Seattle Kraken Entertainment Experience and Production (SKEEP) are looking for high-energy humans who want to be part of creating an unparalleled atmosphere inside Climate Pledge Arena on Kraken game nights by joining our Kraken Crew as Stage Managers.
This role is open to humans of all genders, identities, orientations, and races. We are looking for people who relate to others, champion storytelling, and can embody the organizational values of the Seattle Kraken. These teammates need to be multi-level communicators; able to interact at all levels of our organization and fan base. Successful candidates will be team-minded, organized, and able to handle the high-pressure of live production environments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Select fans to participate in contests and promotions
- Coordinate special guest appearances
- Prep all promotional items, prizes, and props used during home games
- Assist in the coordination of game-night elements such as t-shirt tosses, prize giveaways, in-game timeout promotions and on-ice intermission games, etc.
- Assist with ancillary game night programming
- Other duties as assigned.
- Stage Managers must commit to 25-30 home games per season. Call times are generally 6 hours prior to puck drop
- Be able to follow a script
- Be punctual, dedicated, and comfortable engaging with fans of all backgrounds
- Be team-minded
- Be able to maintain composure and professionalism in a high-pressure situation
- Be able to correctly inventory items such as props and giveaways
- Prior experience in sports or stage production
- Compensation:
- In accordance with Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, the expected rate for this position is $27.00 per hour. Actual base pay will depend on the employee’s experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

- Must be able to stand or sit in one location for an extended period
- Frequent bending, lifting 25 - 50 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs
