Associate Finance Manager, Financial Reporting (hybrid)

As the Associate Manager of Consolidation and Internal Reporting, you’ll be a key player in driving accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly corporate consolidation process, including journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct quarterly reviews to assess the appropriateness of legal loss contingencies based on current facts and circumstances.
- Support internal financial reporting by preparing and consolidating financial data for disclosures and executive insights.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual financial statement flux analyses to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Approve account reconciliations in Blackline, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Champion process improvement by identifying and implementing automation opportunities within consolidation and reporting workflows.
- Oversee month-end close activities, including Blackline reconciliations, binder support processes, and SOX control reviews.
- Collaborate with auditors, providing timely and accurate support for internal and external audit requests.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree, in Accounting, Finance or related required
- 6+ years of accounting, finance or consolidation experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience with Hyperion SmartView, SAP S4 HANA; Power BI and Workiva
