The Sr. Manager, People Operations will lead the People function and be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation and benefits. The Sr. Manager, People Operations will lead the People function and be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation and benefits. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating seamless recruitment workflows to attract and hire top talent.
- Coordinate initial onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and best practices.
- Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Manage HR systems (including Rippling, Trainual, and Lattice) and improve processes to ensure user satisfaction, and accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Collaborate with managers and team leads to understand business needs and provide HR guidance.
- Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
