Position Overview

Magnetech Industrial Services is seeking a reliable and motivated CDL Class B Driver to join our team in Hammond, Indiana. This role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on shop support. When not operating company vehicles, the driver will assist with general labor tasks in the shop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all DOT and company regulations
  • Assist in the shop with general labor duties, including maintenance, cleaning, and equipment support
  • Participate in repair and fabrication projects as needed
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Perform additional duties to support daily operations


Qualifications

Specific Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class B license (required)
  • Prior driving experience with a strong safety record
  • Willingness to perform general labor tasks when not driving
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
