Patient Care Coordinator - Pediatric Dental Office
Location: Kent, WA (with occasional travel to Maple Valley, WA and Issaquah, WA)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience
We’re a small, dedicated pediatric dental team that truly cares about the families we serve—and each other. We're currently looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who is warm, dependable, and confident managing day-to-day front office responsibilities. If you're someone who enjoys working in a team environment but doesn’t need hand-holding to get the job done, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
- Greeting patients and families with kindness and professionalism
- Managing appointments, insurance verifications, and patient records
- Helping keep the day running smoothly and on time
- Communicating clearly with both parents and our clinical team
- Occasionally traveling to our Kent, WA location as office needs arise
You will be required to possess the following:
- A self-starter who can stay on top of details and stay calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a dental or medical front office (preferred)
- Someone who enjoys working with children and families
- A great communicator who is organized, reliable, and kind
- Comfortable learning new systems and working independently
