We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can balance the science of data with the art of storytelling. At Firespring, you’ll execute and maintain campaigns that connect clients with their audiences in smart, meaningful ways. From optimizing paid search and social ads to building organic engagement and tracking performance, you’ll be in the middle of the action, testing, tweaking, and learning every step of the way.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can balance the science of data with the art of storytelling. At Firespring, you’ll execute and maintain campaigns that connect clients with their audiences in smart, meaningful ways. From optimizing paid search and social ads to building organic engagement and tracking performance, you’ll be in the middle of the action, testing, tweaking, and learning every step of the way.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Build and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms, optimizing bids, keywords, and creative for best results.
- Run paid social campaigns on channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, driving engagement and conversions that align with client goals.
- Dig into keyword research, ad copy, and campaign testing to continually improve performance.
- Shape organic and paid social content by writing posts, captions, and headlines that resonate with audiences.
- Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite, then translate the data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative teammates to ensure ads and content align with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Keep an eye on budgets and adjust strategy to maximize ROI across all digital channels.
- Manage, review, and perform SEO responsibilities.
- Work with third-party platforms that assist in our daily SEO and PPC management.
- Stay curious and current with new trends, updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Experience managing digital campaigns, especially Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager, along with the ability to interpret data and spot opportunities.
- Comfortable writing social posts and paid search ads that click with audiences.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills so you can translate strategy into action and bring others along with you.
- Bonus points for certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.).
