Job Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team! As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in the planning and execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale public festivals.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Job: Full time

Pay: $18.50 - $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and organization of various events
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics
• Help maintain event budgets and track expenses
• Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations and schedules
• Set up event spaces, including audio-visual equipment and decorations
• Assist with on-site registration and attendee management
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of event planning principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
