Job Overview
This position will work with our recruitment team to assist with both remote and onsite interview scheduling. This role will be part-time and will be onsite at our Albuquerque, NM facility with some flexibility for a hybrid arrangement.
In This Role You Will
- Be responsible for scheduling candidate interviews with our hiring managers and hiring teams for both onsite and remote interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams to determine availability for interviews
- Send meeting invitations to candidates and interview teams
- Create and distribute interview itineraries
- Reschedule interviews as needed if conflicts arise
- Participate in occasional Talent Acquisition projects as they arise
- Be responsible for prioritizing urgent requests that arise
- Coordinate candidate travel
- Track interviews
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1+ years of relevant administrative support experience
- Experience scheduling complex interviews
- Experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail and excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to read, understand, interpret and implement instructions
- Effective interpersonal relation skills, while maintaining the adaptability to achieve company goals
