We are seeking an experienced Xpedition ECAD Layout Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in electronic design automation, PCB layout design, and circuit board development using Mentor Graphics Xpedition tools.

What You'll Do

Design complex PCB layouts using Xpedition ECAD tools

Collaborate with electrical engineers on schematic capture and component placement

Perform design rule checks and ensure signal integrity

Generate manufacturing documentation and assembly drawings

Work with cross-functional teams to optimize board designs

Troubleshoot layout issues and implement design improvements

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience in PCB layout design

Proficiency in Mentor Graphics Xpedition suite

Strong knowledge of high-speed digital design principles

Experience with multi-layer board design and routing

Understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM guidelines

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
