Job Summary:
InCharge Energy is committed to operational excellence and strong leadership, seeking a Branch Service Sales Manager to oversee sales and revenue generation at their Bellflower, CA office. This strategic role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving growth across Southern California.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth across service, maintenance, NFPA-70e work, and electrical construction projects, including: Battery Energy Storage (BESS), Solar, HVAC Equipment Electrical Installations, Process and Manufacturing Equipment Electrical installations, EV Chargers, Lighting, and Small Tenant Improvements (TIs)
• Collaborate on day-to-day operations of the Bellflower office in regards to sales, pricing, estimates and add on work for service tickets
• Maintain constant communication with management, team members, vendors, and partners to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Support and grow the field services, engineer and project teams through process improvement and quality assurance for customer contracts
• Be a contributor and manage estimators and sales personnel including performance management, development plans, and hiring as needed
• Track key operational KPIs, including backlog health, job costing, margin, and customer satisfaction
• Conduct monthly sales and revenue reviews and report on office performance to senior leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure compliance and execution
• Manage general conditions including inventory, materials, environmental controls, and field logistics
• Lead budget development, forecasting, and resource planning for the office
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, operations management, engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 5-7+ years of experience in account development, construction project management, or maintenance sales
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen with experience in P&L ownership and financial reporting
• Excellent delegation and team-building skills with a hands-on leadership style
• Conflict resolution and business negotiation expertise
• Proficiency in general business software with an aptitude for adopting new platforms
• Experience communicating across diverse cultural backgrounds and operational functions
Preferred:
• Strong working knowledge of electrical construction, third-party electrical testing, or electrical service work
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools
