We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to help support our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to help support our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Prepare for internal and board meetings, including creating agendas and taking meeting minutes
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team and other departments
- Check and maintain office supply inventory; place orders as needed
- Support employees with administrative needs and day-to-day office requests
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling for key staff
- Handle general office duties such as document preparation, email correspondence, and data entry
- Welcome and assist visitors and staff members, maintaining a professional front desk presence
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including room setup and materials preparation
- Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.) to manage and organize tasks
- Take initiative to learn company tools, systems, and processes
- Support operations-related tasks when needed
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable interacting with staff at all levels of the organization
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong aptitude for technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- HubSpot or other CRM experience is a plus.
