Socket is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Supervisor to lead our team of inside sales representatives. This role is key to driving sales performance, ensuring top-notch customer service, and helping the team exceed sales goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a passion for developing people.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervise, support, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing feedback to ensure high levels of customer engagement and sales effectiveness
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and support the team in delivering outstanding service
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to track progress and identify improvement areas
  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing to execute promotions and campaigns
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar sales environment
  • 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to motivate and coach a team to exceed goals
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Leadership and team building
