As a customer service call agent, you will handle outbound telephonic calls ensuring positive patient experiences; liaison between our company and our patients; verify patient information, troubleshoots equipment to resolve patient’s issues, provide delivery information, responds to health plan inquiries, process re-fill requests, escalate unresolved issues, complete and process any pending orders. The incumbent will take ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

What Will You Come With
- 1-2 years of customer service support experience with the healthcare industry, Home Health Services preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Bilingual Spanish required
