Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming retail showroom
- Provide phone and in-person support for patients and caregivers
- Educate customers on medical equipment usage, including CPAP machines
- Assemble, display, and manage retail inventory of medical supplies
- Handle insurance verification, authorizations, and required documentation
- Coordinate retail and insurance sales based on physician orders
- Merchandising of retail showroom

- Customer service experience in retail, healthcare, or DME preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance billing, or Medicare/Medicaid is a plus
- Able to lift and assemble medical equipment as needed
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
