As a CNC Specialist, shape the future of our productions during the tranquil night hours in Gilbert, AZ, 85233. Shift your skills into high gear from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with a flexible schedule for overtime work. Master the art of CNC milling machine precision and be at the heart of excellence.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Expertly initiate and guide the operation of complex CNC machines.
• Transform intricate blueprints into products with exacting accuracy.
• Adjust machine settings and tools to conform with precise production benchmarks.
• Maintain vigilance on machine outputs to secure optimal quality.
• Regularly perform preventive maintenance and address machine issues efficiently.
• Collaborate innovatively with team members for process optimization.
• Commit to safety practices and maintain a pristine work environment.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5-years of extensive experience in CNC operations, with an Aerospace focus preferred.
• Competence in production run machine setups.
• Ability to decipher and effectively work from technical documents.
• Understanding of CNC programming and control mechanisms.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Superior communication to integrate smoothly with our team.
• High school diploma mandatory; certifications are advantageous.
• U.S. Person Requirements: Must meet export law compliance, being a U.S. national or have protected status.
