We are seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to join our team as a Mine Warfare Readiness and Effectiveness Measuring (MIREM) Program Manager.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

  • Manage all contractor MIREM efforts in accordance with contractual requirements and task orders
  • Provide organizational and administrative oversight to ensure services meet established performance standards
  • Direct and track the status of MIREM efforts, ensuring all deliverables are clear, concise, consistent, accurate, correctly formatted, and unbiased
  • Conduct final editorial review of MIREM deliverables prior to submission to ensure accuracy, appropriate detail, and overall quality
  • Provide project status and feedback directly to the REM Director and COR through frequent liaison and monthly written financial/progress reports
  • Direct contractor support to plan, observe, reconstruct, and analyze MIREM exercises; document tactical recommendations/lessons learned; and ensure accepted data is incorporated into IT databases
  • Serve as liaison between the REM Director/COR and contractor team to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of combined U.S. Navy experience
  • At least 4 years of project management experience within the Department of Defense or U.S. Navy
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing complex Undersea Warfare (USW) projects or programs
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare technically correct reports and correspondence
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • U.S. Citizen

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven success in managing multi-faceted defense programs with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-visibility environments
  • Familiarity with Navy program processes, reporting tools, and operational frameworks

Clearance

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
