Socket is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team! The primary focus of this role is to ensure field technicians are properly scheduled and provide communications for all customer appointments. Including proactive monitoring of the technicians’ work routes to identify possible late appointments as well as assisting technicians with troubleshooting technical and/or billing issues.
This is an in-office position.

- Communicate with field technicians regarding work in their designated areas
- Cancels, reschedules, and reassigns work assignments as needed
- Handle calls from internal and external customers
- Work with field manager to schedule vehicle maintenance

- Interaction with multiple departments to ensure installs happen in a timely manner
