Solutions Architect (LATAM Based)

We’re looking for a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. This role involves working with major clients to design and implement tailored solutions that meet their translation, localization, and multimedia needs.

With a high volume of diverse content and complex workflows, this full-time, remote position offers consistent work and the opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, multilingual solutions across various service lines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and SharePoint

Advanced English skills (written and spoken)

Client-facing experience

Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work in a virtual team environment

Based in LATAM

Full-time availability

Desired Experience

1-3 years of experience in solutions architecture or a related field

Experience integrating CAT Tools

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions architecture for language services, ensuring efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with clients to understand their language service needs and develop customized solutions
• Oversee linguistic quality assurance processes, reviewing translated content to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Manage and coordinate voice-over, transcription, subtitling, and desktop publishing projects
• Work closely with linguists and project teams to deliver exceptional language services with rapid turnaround times
• Support project management efforts, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations and quality standards
