Job Description
Community Associations seeking administrative professional in the Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates area. Primarily, candidate will provide property inspections, provide customer service to unit owners, support manager and office leadership, handle day-to-day administrative activities, answer phones, type correspondence, maintain filing system, etc. Other duties will include giving vendors access and/or monitor their progress and maintain tabs on the landscape and natural area maintenance.

Requirements
- Must have excellent customer service, computer and typing skills, along with proficient skills with Microsoft Office, Excel and the internet.
- Be able to learn new computer software and programs and self-teach through online learning and training guides.
- Must be highly organized and know how to prioritize while working independently with minimal supervision or while in communication with team.
- Strong in multitasking and proven follow through on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Will exhibit a positive business relationship with all owners, residents, board members, vendors, and coworkers.
- Candidates should have a solid background in Customer Service any real estate background is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associations.
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
