Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social media.
- Conduct research to understand potential clients' needs and tailor their outreach accordingly.
- Assess the potential of leads by engaging in initial conversations and determining if they align with the company's ideal customer profile.
- Schedule meetings or calls for the team with qualified prospects.
- Track leads, manage interactions, and update information.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Maximize revenue opportunities with existing clients
- Communicate customer and prospects pain points to the team and work on a strategy to address the issues
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with potential clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales related software tools
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a competitive market
- Managing multiple leads, tasks, and deadlines requires strong organizational abilities.
- The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment is important.
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, and relationship building.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to influence potential clients and negotiate win-win solutions.
- Understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- 2-5 years of experience in Outside Sales (B2B Sales), Business Development, or a related field is usually expected.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships and presenting strategies.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is highly desirable
- Knowledge of the staffing industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
