Job Responsibilities – Make a Daily Difference

• Mobility Support: Help clients move safely and confidently, whether it’s standing, sitting, or getting in and out of a vehicle.
• Health Supervision:
• Provide medication reminders and support clients in attending medical appointments.
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes in health or behavior to the care team.
• Transportation: Keep clients connected to their community by assisting with errands, appointments, and social activities.
• Household Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment through light housekeeping and laundry.
