Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of leadership development programs

• Collaborate with managers to identify leadership development needs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements
• Support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational performance

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or related role
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
