Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager

You will be the Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager for the Production Quality team which is responsible for managing quality aspects of the F-35 production.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple functional areas in Production Quality, ensuring the effective implementation of quality management systems, and leading a team of quality professionals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training, as well as performance assessments and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Managing resource allocation, work assignments, and establishing an effective business rhythm.
• Ensuring all aspects of quality for the assigned area of responsibility, including communicating quality requirements and expectations.
• Actively participating in risk and opportunity management processes and ensuring cost commitments and financial responsibilities are met.
• Ensuring effective implementation of quality requirements, metrics programs, and product acceptance and delivery processes.
