What Will You Be Doing

The Accounts Payable Supervisor provides overall direction and guidance to the Accounts Payable staff. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounts payable processes and involves managing high-volume transactions. The ideal candidate will supervise, train, and mentor AP staff while fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years accounts payable experience and 1-3 years of leadership experience.
  • Previous experience with 1099 filings.
  • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational skills must be detail oriented
  • Ability to follow up on pending issues.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish
